ABOUT THE CHANGERING

"Drew Hunter, Jessica Davis, AJ Bontempo, Ilsa Goglick, Bryan Davis"

is the mathematical symbol for "Change" wikipedia

The ChangeRing is a wearable key-chain, pocket accessory, or pendant. It was designed to show the symbol for change (the Delta) in a unique wearable item that could be displayed in a subtle but powerful way by supporters of Barack Obama and change in general.

The ChangeRing was conceived in March, 2008 by two friends (AJ Bontempo and Bryan Davis) who wrote the idea on a napkin. We are now a grassroots organization of five people that have crowded into a small apartment in New York City.

"GIVE CHANGE"

By inspiring people to be generous with one another and pass The ChangeRing around the country, Barack Obama's message of change will be spread from person to person and allow them to show their support and unite under one unique symbol.

THE MISSION: To put The ChangeRing on as many people as possible and spread the message of “Change” throughout the country.

The ChangeRing's identity and the way it is purchased/given are designed to spread the concept of CHANGE around the country as widely as possible.

The ChangeRing Compilation

MUSIC IS THE UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE and for years has been crying out for change. Barack Obama has been called the "rock-star candidate" and appeals to a passionate electorate.
We have enlisted artists from across the country (and across the pond in Sam Braithwaite’s case) who have been inspired by his message to record cover songs and produce a Compilation of "Change" songs. Those songs are available for purchase on our website. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the music will go to benefit music education in our public schools.

The ChangeRing is all-American and socially conscious:

-The ChangeRing and its packaging are MADE IN AMERICA from American-made materials by American workers.

-A portion of the proceeds will go to Barack Obama’s campaign.

-A portion of the proceeds from The ChangeRing go to American charities.

-The ChangeRing and its packaging are made from recycled materials.

-The ChangeRing’s packaging is designed to be returned and re-used, not thrown away.

-Sustainable and organic soy ink is used on The ChangeRing’s packaging.

-The repackaging of The ChangeRing is being done by disabled citizens.

After the election, The ChangeRing will remain a wearable symbol of social consciousness and, together with The ChangeRing Compilation, will function as a fund-raising vehicle for charities in The United States and abroad. Our vision is to help fund worthy causes but creating a network of ChangeRing owners all over the world who are linked together by giving.
